The “big cat” sports brand presented the models that the Portuguese team will wear in the World Cup.
PUMA today unveiled the kits prepared for the Portugal national team for the coming years, where the 2026 World Cup will be the most important tournament.
Home
The second primary model created by the German brand for the Lusitanians since starting their contract in January 2025 will maintain the classic red, with green highlighting the v-neck style and the sleeve cuffs.
The main novelty is found throughout the fabric, featuring a series of satin-look wavy lines that reference the movement of the sea, highlighting the European country’s deep historical connection with navigation.
Away
The jersey combines white and light green with a wave effect on the upper part inspired by the country’s close relationship with the sea. Unlike the home model, the crest is centered on the chest, and the country’s name will be visible on the inside.
The Portuguese will use the home kit against Mexico and will debut the alternative one against the United States in preparation matches for their debut in June in Group K of the FIFA World Cup, where they will face Colombia, Uzbekistan, and DR Congo.
