The “charrúa” squad presented the designs they will wear in the upcoming edition of the World Cup.
The Uruguay national team unveiled on its official media the kits prepared by Nike for the 2026 World Cup, which will kick off in June in Canada, Mexico, and the United States.

The primary jersey for the South Americans features a classic style where the identifying light blue is predominant, with fine black lines added to the sides and shoulders. The collar, meanwhile, stands out in white and features a polo style with a single-button closure.
As an interior detail, a circular Art Deco–style emblem will be featured, representing the iconic Centenario Stadium in Montevideo, along with the classic Uruguayan phrase “URUGUAY NOMÁ” a powerful rallying cry for fans.

The style created by the “swoosh” sports brand is more daring, featuring a black base with the upper area, part of the sleeves, and the chest decorated with striking gradient graphics in various shades of light blue and purple representing wings, symbolizing “the ascent, ambition, and the tireless pursuit of victory” according to Nike.
Uruguay will debut the kits in the upcoming friendlies against England and Algeria, which will serve as preparation for the 2026 World Cup, where they will be in Group H alongside Spain, Saudi Arabia, and Cape Verde.
