UEFA unveils official EURO 2028 logo
The governing body of European football has unveiled the visual identity for the upcoming tournament.

According to UEFA, the brand-new visual identity “is a celebration of what makes football special: the emotion, the unity, and the joy of sharing an experience.”
The design features the famous Henri Delaunay trophy as its centerpiece. Wrapped around its silhouette, “UEFA” appears in white and “EURO” in pink, while the number “28” sits below alongside the names of the host nations—the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.
UEFA EURO 2028 will feature 24 participating national teams competing in a total of 52 matches, with the grand final scheduled for July 9, 2028, at Wembley.

* Although part of the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland was not included as an active host and therefore will not hold matches within its territory.
** The 4 nations serving as hosts must still qualify for the championship; however, should they fail to do so, there are 2 special spots that will be awarded by UEFA to the two best-ranked host teams according to the UEFA standings.
